 Qualifications necessary for consideration as service technician:

• Must have at least 5 years experience in residential service (some commercial experience helpful, but not required)
• Must be certified
• Must be able to work full time and some overtime during busy season
• Must be willing to carry "on call" pager for a week at a time, according to rotation schedule
• Must be willing to attend classes and seminars

  Qualifications necessary for consideration as new home installer:

• Must have installation experience
• Must be certified
• Must be able to work full time and some overtime during busy season
