Heating Equipment

• 80% gas furnace - This is the basic furnace available today, Government regulations mandate the minimum efficiency of 80%.

  80% 2 stage gas furnace - The same as above with the added benefit of 2 stage operation, running a large percentage of the time on low heat. This saves you money in operating costs and increases your comfort level.

  80% 2 stage gas furnace with variable speed blower - The same as the 2 stage 80% gas furnace with even more comfort due to the variable speed motor. The motor will actually adjust to maintain correct blower speeds even if the filter is dirty or the ductwork is not perfectly designed.

  90% gas furnace - This furnace actually has efficiency ratings of 90%-95%. Single stage operating, good efficiency.

  90% 2 stage gas furnace - Same as the basic 90% above but with the increased comfort of 2 stage operation. Increased efficiency with the furnace running on low heat most of the winter.

  90% 2 stage gas furnace with variable speed blower - Same as above with the added comfort of a variable speed motor. The motor will actually adjust to maintain correct blower speeds even if the filter is dirty or the ductwork is not perfectly designed.

  OTHER VARIATIONS ARE AVAILABLE. NOT ALL TYPES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH ALL MANUFACTURERS. MOST FURNACES ARE AVAILABLE TO FIT UPFLOW, COUNTERFLOW, AND HORIZONTAL APPLICATIONS.
