Qualifications necessary for consideration as service technician:
- Must have at least 5 years experience in residential service (some commercial experience helpful, but not required)
- Must be certified
- Must be able to work full time and some overtime during busy season
- Must be willing to carry "on call" pager for a week at a time, according to rotation schedule
- Must be willing to attend classes and seminars
Qualifications necessary for consideration as new home installer:
- Must have installation experience
- Must be certified
- Must be able to work full time and some overtime during busy season
